ARES R2 D3 Training

The Colorado section training courses required for ARES are the following:
First, you will need to register a FEMA student ID at https://training.fema.gov/nims/
FEMA Training website: https://training.fema.gov/nims/
(Note: There are plenty of other courses available, so do not let the bare minimum requirements slow you down from gaining further knowledge.)
IS-100.b – Intro to Incident Command System
IS-200.c – ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
IS-700.a – Intro to Nantional Incident Management System…
IS-800.b – Intro to the National Response Framework
TRAINING EVENTS
In addition to the online training there are also in person training that will be conducted in counties around the state. Currently all in person trainings are cancelled until further notice. We will update via the club mailing list on available training.
